Story
With 18 plus years of contracting experience, John Bryan Construction LLC is focused primarily on commercial build outs and renovations, but will also take on large home renovations that exceed $100,000 in value as well as residential new construction out of the ground.

John grew up on Signal Mountain and believes in keeping local businesses thriving. He spent 4 years as the Director of Campus Renovation and Construction at Chattanooga State and 12 years working for local General Contractors building and renovating properties throughout the Southeast. From minor commercial renovations to multi million dollar new construction gas stations and other commercial business, his experience and understanding of building and renovating can go to work for you. He is an avid water and snow skier and enjoys doing both with his son. He also enjoys fishing and hunting, though not very good at either, He lives on Signal Mountain with his gorgeous wife and two kids, and is a member of Signal Mountain Presbyterian Church.
